  • Text messaging records, including your mobile number, the messages we exchange, and when and how you opted in or out.
  • Website usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site (pages visited, browser and device type, approximate location). It uses cookies, and we honor your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and to provide, manage and support our services
  • To send the text messages you’ve agreed to receive
  • To schedule and coordinate meetings and project work
  • To improve our website
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the phone and messaging providers we use to deliver our texts (for example, Phone.com and the mobile carriers), and only as needed to deliver them.

If you opt in to texts from (781) 731-9577, you’re agreeing to receive messages from Orientier about your projects, scheduling and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Text Messaging page and the messaging terms for details.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run our business (like our phone, email, hosting and analytics providers), only for that purpose, and subject to the mobile information rules above
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
  • As part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
