Orientier, Inc. (“Orientier”) uses our business phone number, (781) 731-9577, to text with the people we work with: clients, collaborators, team members, vendors and partners. This page explains how to opt in to those messages, what to expect, and how to stop them.

What we text about

Project updates, questions and support for active client work
Scheduling: meeting confirmations, reminders and changes
Replies to people who text us first
Day-to-day coordination with our team, vendors and other business contacts

We don’t send marketing or promotional texts.

How to opt in

By text message

By phone or in person

You can opt in verbally during a phone call, video meeting or in-person conversation with our team. Before we take your consent that way, we’ll read you this:

“Would you like to get text messages from Orientier at this number about your projects, scheduling and support? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Our Privacy Policy is at orientier.com/privacy and our messaging terms are at orientier.com/terms.”

By email

If you’d like to opt in by email, we’ll send you the message below. You’re only opted in once you reply YES; we never treat an unanswered email as consent.

However you opt in, we note your consent before texting you, and the first message we send confirms your opt-in and links to our Privacy Policy.

Opting in is completely optional. You never need to agree to receive texts in order to work with us or buy anything from us.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one final message to confirm, and then no more texts will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START.
